We sat down with Costanza Rocchi, Head of Talent, to chat more about her role.
How do you contribute to the business?
As Head of Talent, it is my responsibility to coordinate the recruitment and quality assessment of our providers. My team ensures that all our linguists, interpreters, artists and other contributors are ISO compliant, and that our provider database is well organised and user friendly.
Continuous quality evaluation of our resources is also a fundamental part of our day-to-day job. This includes testing new resources and scoring ongoing projects.
I work closely with the Sales Manager and Operations Manager to discuss business requirements in terms of providers’ skills, and to plan Wolfestone’s long-term recruitment strategy.
How do you contribute to the customer experience?
A key responsibility of my role is to investigate and resolve any difficulties or issues our clients might experience with our services. At Wolfestone we believe that open and transparent communication is the key to solid relationships and that problem-solving is paramount to growth.
I advise the project management and sales teams on providers’ performance management. I then implement solutions for the development of everyone involved in a project, fostering a continuous improvement of the customer experience.
What drew you to the company?
I first approached Wolfestone during an internship as part of my university degree in 2017. I was captivated by the dynamic environment and felt that my academic knowledge in translation theory and technology would be a useful asset to the company.
