We sat down with George, the Head of Marketing at Wolfestone, for a chat about his role.


How do you contribute to the business?

My role as Head of Marketing at Wolfestone is to find and engage with global businesses that might benefit from our translation and language services. I ensure our target audience know what we can offer them, what we stand for, and what partnering with Wolfestone is like. Working with a small team of marketeers we are the creators, writers and designers of everything you see about Wolfestone across the internet, events and anywhere else you can find us. Once we’ve caught your attention we work with the sales team to continue your journey with us.

How do you contribute to the customer experience?

Generally, clients want to know a lot about the services we offer before they ‘buy’ and there is a diverse range of information they may want to know; that can be anything from the awards we’ve won to the languages that we translate. Through our websites, social media, PR activities and email marketing we connect with those wanting to know more so they can make an informed decision when choosing us as their translation/language services partner.

What drew you to the company?

I have 5+ year’s experience working for global organisations both remotely and locally. Wolfestone offers the unique setting of a boutique, well connected agency that also has a global reach. One that has responded to the growing need for hybrid working and endures its passion for diversity, new ideas and growth. My experiences and ambitions professionally create a synergy with this approach to business and that’s why I joined Wolfestone Group.
