Wolfestone is pleased to announce that Costanza Rocchi, a Senior Project Manager for Wolfestone, has been shortlisted at this year’s ATC Language Industry Summit Awards in the category of Project Manager of the Year.
A gala dinner and award ceremony will take place on Thursday 20th of September where winners from a multitude of award categories related to the translation industry will be announced.
On her award nomination, Costanza said: “I am very excited to be shortlisted for this award. It was an incredible surprise and honour to realise how much trust my managers put in me and my work. I can’t help but be very glad that I am part of an amazing team of brilliant people, where everybody is doing their best to contribute to the industry as well as the company.”
Costi’s Rapid Rise
For Costanza, her nomination for this award punctuates what has been a truly remarkable year.
A native of Florence in Italy, Costanza first moved to the United Kingdom in 2015 to further her translation studies. In 2017, she began what would be a very successful stint as a translation intern with Wolfestone.
Her passion for languages coupled with a supreme work ethic and infectiously positive attitude earned her Wolfestone’s Intern of the Year, and ultimately, a full-time Project Manager role with the company.
In little over a year, Costanza has risen rapidly through the ranks to secure herself a position as Senior Project Manager of the LSP Team. Her dedication to delivering high-quality translation projects whilst meeting her clients’ needs and expectations are second to none.
Alex Parr, Managing Director of Wolfestone, commented: “Costanza is an amazing asset to the Wolfestone team. What she’s been able to achieve since starting with us as an intern to her role as a senior member of staff is remarkable. She’s a very talented project manager who perfectly reflects Wolfestone’s ethos of putting our clients at the centre of everything she does. We’re all absolutely delighted for her.”
ATC Language Industry Summit
Organised by the Association of Translation Companies, the annual Language Summit event sees the biggest names in the UK translation scene come together to discuss, debate and celebrate all things translation.
As part of the Summit, ATC member translation companies are invited to nominate those who have performed with distinction over the course of the last 12 months. There is a wide array of categories including Translator and Company of the Year, to name but a few.
