Wolfestone is delighted to share that Costanza Rocchi, Senior Project Manager, has been shortlisted for Project Manager of the Year at the 2018 ATC Language Industry Summit Awards — a national recognition of her exceptional contribution to the language services sector.
The winners will be announced during a gala dinner and awards ceremony on Thursday 20 September, as part of the annual summit hosted by the Association of Translation Companies. The awards shine a spotlight on the individuals and companies that have demonstrated outstanding performance, leadership and impact over the past 12 months.
Costanza commented on her nomination:
“I’m incredibly excited to be shortlisted. It was a real surprise and a huge honour — it means so much to know how much trust my managers place in me and my work. I feel very lucky to be part of such an amazing, talented team, where everyone is working hard to contribute to both the industry and the company.”
From intern to senior team member
Costanza’s journey at Wolfestone has been nothing short of remarkable. Originally from Florence, Italy, she moved to the UK in 2015 to continue her studies in translation. In 2017, she joined Wolfestone as a translation intern, a role in which she quickly stood out for her drive, positivity and commitment to excellence.
Named Intern of the Year for her outstanding performance, Costanza soon progressed to a full-time Project Manager position. Within just over a year, she earned a promotion to Senior Project Manager within Wolfestone’s LSP Team, leading complex, high-stakes projects while maintaining exceptional client relationships.
Alex Parr, Managing Director of Wolfestone, said:
“Costanza is a brilliant asset to the business. Her rise through the company has been driven by her talent, dedication and unwavering focus on client success. She embodies Wolfestone’s ethos of putting clients at the heart of everything we do. We couldn’t be prouder of her.”
