Kid's safety first says Wolfestone Translation.

Wolfestone Translation is again setting an example within the community by sponsoring Kidsafe, a charity which promotes the wellbeing of children throughout Great Britain and the Republic of Ireland. Most people remember the messages that they got from their parents as they were growing up, a mixture of "Look both ways before crossing the road", "Eat your greens" and "Just say no". These same core messages remain in place, but with additional ones to keep pace with the times. Of course, childhood is not simply about risks and dangers; it is the time when children get to develop and flourish. This is made considerably easier if children are aware of the steps that they need to take to minimise risks to themselves. This, of course, requires funding. Wolfestone has generously stepped in to become a sponsor of the organisation, which will enable it to provide further services for children throughout the area. The local connection is of great importance to the charity, which will, where possible, keep the local community well informed of the source of the sponsorship funds. The funds are then used to create information packs, fun-filled games and much more, all with the intention of entertaining children whilst simultaneously teaching them the skills which they will need to stay safe in our rapidly changing society. Asked about Wolfestone's donation Managing Director Roy Allkin stated "As a company with a strong community, social responsibility and ethical background and outlook we were honoured to be approached to sponsor this excellent and worthwhile cause. As the song says 'children are our future' and Wolfestone want to help ensure the safety of Children and the future of the nation."
