Wolfestone hits a hat-trick

For the third year running, dynamic local company Wolfestone Translation has been nominated and shortlisted for the South Wales Business Awards.
For the third year running, dynamic local company Wolfestone Translation has been nominated and shortlisted for the South Wales Business Awards. This year they have again been nominated for Business Services Business of the Year, a category in which Wolfestone triumphed magnificently in 2008 and 2009. Last year Wolfestone also triumphed in the overall Business of the Year category, making for some memorable celebrations by the team. So, what is the reason behind the recurring nominations and, more importantly, victories? Director Anna Bastek said “First and foremost it’s about customer service. We give the customer exactly what they want and even more – exceptional quality and good value for money. Our customers know that the translation which we deliver will be first-class, accurate and with a smile. In order to ensure this, we invest, both in technology and in people. We have recently made sure that each and every one of our Project Managers attained Association for Project Management certification, which no other translation company can claim. Technology is also at the forefront of our business plan. We are investing in state-of-the-art server based Translation Memory and localisation software, purpose built workflow management software and bespoke business management software, which will ensure efficiency, consistency and accuracy. This investment sets us apart from the competition, and makes Wolfestone a more efficient and productive company which is able to provide our clients with their translations quicker than our competitors. This customer-orientated service has also allowed us to become the Chair of the National Council of the Association of Translation Companies, which in turn allows us to further promote the best possible practice in the language service industry.” It also enables Wolfestone to win numerous awards. This year’s South Wales Business Awards will be held on the 1st of October in the Bear Hotel, Cowbridge and will be compered by BBC Wales presenter Sara Edwards. Who knows which heights Wolfestone will scale this year?
