Awards awarded by the South Wales Evening Post and Swansea Bay Business Life.
THE cream of Swansea Bay's business crop have been honoured by the South Wales Evening Post and Swansea Bay Business Life. Firms from major engineering power houses leading the way on the global stage to coach companies playing an important role in London 2012 were among the award winners in a ceremony at Swansea's Marriott Hotel yesterday. Award winning translation firm Wolfestone took the award for South Wales Evening Post and Swansea Bay Business Life Business of the Month February 2012. Wolfestone's co-founder Anna Bastek won a regional title through the Institute of Directors in Wales earlier this year and is now in the running for a national accolade. The company's HR manager Emma Hughes said: "It means more to us to have local recognition than national recognition. "National recognition means a lot but we have always tried to be a company that puts a lot back into the community." Wolfestone recently expanded into a second site in Swansea to accommodate its voice-over services. Award sponsors were PWC and Swansea Marriott Hotel.
