Anna Bastek, Co-founder of Wolfestone, will address business leaders at the “Entrepreneurial Leadership” event hosted by Leadership and Management Wales.
The event will take place on Wednesday 13 February at the Marriott Hotel, Cardiff, and will offer practical insights into leadership, strategy, and business growth.
Bastek will speak alongside James Taylor, founder of SuperStars, an organisation focused on promoting the benefits of sport across Wales. Together, they will share personal experiences and strategies for effective leadership and sustainable business development.
With a background in marketing and engineering, Bastek co-founded Wolfestone in 2006 with business partner Roy Allkin. Since then, the company has grown into a multi-award-winning language services provider, employing global staff and serving clients including Coca-Cola, RBS, and the BBC.
At the core of Wolfestone’s growth is a commitment to talent development. The company places strong emphasis on training and professional progression, which has led to winning the Chamber of Commerce Award for Skills and People Development.
Ahead of the event, Bastek said:
“Hopefully the talk will inspire people to grow their businesses and provide some actionable objectives. We believe that by recruiting and investing in the best people, we are able to provide our clients with quality service, which in turn ensures the company’s longevity.”
Attendees will hear how leadership qualities, entrepreneurial mindset, and strategic decision-making have shaped the success of both Wolfestone and SuperStars. The event will begin at 8:00 am, bringing together professionals from across Wales looking to enhance their leadership capabilities.
